My favorite memory of my mom? One that particularly jumps out is when I was in 10th grade, when Michael Jackson's first album came out. I was singing along to MJ in my earphones and then realized my mom was standing in my bedroom doorway watching (and listening to!) me. We both cracked up. :-)

In the 80's there used these mysteries on the radio. Which seems odd because that type of thing was popular during the eras before television. I think some people decided revived that form of story telling for a while. We would listen to them on our way home in the car. It was our thing.

One of my favorite memories is sitting in bed with my mom playing crazy eights, gin, and rummy, while listening to oldies music.
My favorite memory of my mom is when the two of us went to the record store, she bought me a CD and we just sat and listened to it together. I know that's really simple and pretty lame, but it was nice to just get to spend time with her. :) Thanks for the giveaway!
I really enjoyed going to the beach with my mom because she had these great stories to tell while we walked along the shore. Those walks helped me realize how much I love reading and writing in my adult life.

My favorite memory of my mom is her graduating college this month! I am so proud of her for going back to school.
I wish she was still here on earth with me, she passed away in 2000, but one of my fondest memories was going to all the Christmas craft fairs with her. We had so much fun together.I miss her dearly!
How wonderful!
One of my favorite memories with my mom? On a trip to Universal Studios in Florida, we sat together on the E.T. ride (pairs of people sit on bicycles and reenact the scene from ET where they fly across the moon). We laughed the whole time, and still talk about how we "saved" ET. :)

My favorite memory of my mom is her cheering so loud for me at a square dance all the other parents stared!

My favorite memories with my mom are as simple as staying in all day and watching Lifetime movies in bed together. We've had a lot of great times together and have gone on a lot of trips and vacations together, but sometimes the memories that stick out are as simple as staying in and being together.
Our phone conversations. We don't live far, and see each other often, but sometimes we will both call just to call, and spend an hour talking about nothing. I love those moments.
