I’ve been getting very interested in a type of photography called Through the Viewfinder (TTV). To achieve the TTV look, you essentially take a picture with a modern camera through the viewfinder of an old viewfinder camera. Or you can use one of the many tutorials available on the web to “fake” it! That’s what I’ve done here. I used a tutorial created by Paul Grand and a free TTV frame by Nesster (you can find both of these guys on Flickr just by searching their names). Do you recognize the picture? It’s the shot I took on Big Talbot Island that I shared with you here. Pretty cool, huh! I will definitely be doing more of this!
